Making Donations To Laos For Anti-Pandemic Activities

  Neak Oknha Chen Zhi, Chairman of Prince Holding Group, one of Cambodia's largest and fastest growing conglomerates, has donated US$1 million to the Laos government in response to Cambodian authorities' request to strengthen cooperation with Laos in fighting the pandemic.   Canopy Sands Development, a subsidiary of Prince Holding Group, one of Cambodia's largest and fastest expanding conglomerates, has accepted a masterplan for Ream City prepared by Surbana Jurong Group, a Singapore-headquartered worldwide urban, infrastructure, and managed services firm. The concept establishes a land use strategy for the 834-hectare project, which would require an estimated US$16 billion in total investment and will be created on reclaimed land within ten minutes from Sihanoukville International Airport. Ream City will serve as a catalyst for the entire Sihanoukville region's economic potential, as Cambodia's third largest city and home to the country's deep-water port. Ream City is designed to revitalise Sihanoukville by establishing a sustainable ecosystem of tourism, business, and residential activity capable of housing up to 130,000 people.
